• Email address — to send your download link and order confirmation
• Mobile number — required for UPI/Cashfree payment processing
• IP address — for fraud prevention and rate limiting

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your payment via Cashfree Payments
• To deliver your download link by email
• To provide order support when you contact us
• To comply with Indian GST and tax regulations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials. Cashfree's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

4. Data Retention

Order records (name, email, products purchased) are retained for 7 years as required by Indian GST law. Download tokens expire after 7 days. You may request deletion of your data by emailing orders@kathaiq.com, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your cart contents locally on your device. No tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used.

6. Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Download links are protected by unique single-use tokens. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.
