1. About KathaIQ

KathaIQ is an online store for digital educational content (PDFs, eBooks, quiz packs) operated by Katha Consumer Brands Private Limited. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

• All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.
• Your download link is sent to your email within minutes of confirmed payment.
• Download links are valid for 7 days from the time of purchase.
• Each link allows a limited number of downloads for personal use only.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices displayed are inclusive of 18% GST as applicable under Indian law. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link has been issued. If you did not receive your download link or there is a technical issue with the file, contact us at orders@kathaiq.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content sold on KathaIQ is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, uploading to public platforms, or sharing download links is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. We do not store your payment credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

KathaIQ provides content for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding exam results. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
